The use of Hostal HOLA ROOM’s website and any of the services that is incorporated implies full acceptance of the conditions that are expressed in the privacy policy.

In accordance with the stated Law on Person Data Protection, it is hereby stated that personal data requested on our forms will be included in a personal data file owned and managed by HOLA ROOMS. Likewise, when filling out any of the forms with the personal data requested and accepting their submission, HOLA ROOMS is expressly authorised to process or incorporate the personal data provided into its automated files through the aforementioned forms, as well as all the data that is generated in relation to their participation or use of the different services offered on this website.

The user shouldfill in the forms with true, correct, complete and up-to-date data, with them being the ones responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, which could be caused to HOLA ROOMS or any third-party due to filling out the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date data or with data on third parties.

The data you provide on this website will not be used for any other purpose than the one which it has been provided for. Accepting the use of it for communication purposes, or offers related to the services provided.

The user has the right to access the information on them which is contained by HOLA ROOM’s files, rectify if necessary to correct, cancel or object to its processing, via email or signed in writing, attaching a copy of their Documento Nacional de Identidad (National Identity Number), addressed to the file controller, GAMA HOUSING, S.L. with registered at Calle Espada 6 3º-B, 28012 – Madrid.
